We offer delivery across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you have a specific request, feel free to contact us, and we will try to assist.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders within India.
- Shipping charges may vary during sales and promotional periods.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- For National Deliveries (within India): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the day of order placement.
- For Local areas and near by locations 1-3 days delivery. from the day of order placement.
- Remote Areas: For deliveries to remote or rural areas, delivery times may extend to 10-14 business days.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after receiving payment.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment and monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Partner
We partner with leading and trusted courier services such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure your order is delivered securely.
6. Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at customerservice@divaeleganz.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that are shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
