Refund & Cancellation Policy

For damaged, defective or wrong product delivered:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo/video proof is mandatory.
- Refunds are processed to the same payment method.

Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Non-returnable items:
- Customized items
- Used or damaged products not due to transit fault

Refund Timeline:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
