• Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
• Shipping charges may vary during sales and promotional periods.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Local and National Deliveries (within India): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the day of order placement.
• Remote Areas: For deliveries to remote or rural areas, delivery times may extend to 10-14 business days.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment and monitor the status of your delivery.

We partner with leading and trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure your order is delivered securely.

6. Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@hannunmantra.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders that are shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
